Kelly Bundy

imgKelly Bundy was born in the small foothill town of Placerville, California.  Since the age of 5, she dreamed of a future in the entertainment field. With a focus in marketing as well as having a passion for dance,   Kelly has been living that dream. Currently an Agent and Office Manager with That's Entertainment International she also recently spent 4 seasons as a Sacramento Kings Dancer. 

Kelly attended California State University Long Beach, while graduating with a BA in Dance Performance and a concentration in Communications and was immediately hired full time by a reputable talent agency in Los Angeles, KSA (Kazarian Spencer and Assoc.), where she continued to learn the ins and outs of an agency while working in the Commercial and Theatrical Departments. Kelly’s drive for the entertainment field moved her back to Sacramento in 2008 to work for TEI.

At TEI, Kelly has effortlessly moved between negotiating, talent-buying and handling for top Casinos, Fairs, Clubs and corporate events all through the West Coast. Representing top artist of all genres throughout California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington, she has delivered quality entertainment enhancing success of the target venue. Not only did she match the artistic needs but delivered it within the budget set forth by the venue.

Kelly’s vast business experience, hard working knowledge of the entertainment industry and community involvement has contributed heavily towards instilling a passion and drive to succeed in this ever-changing business.

Gary Thayer

imgMr. Thayer has a substantial background and expertise in the entertainment and lifestyle marketing fields, which he cultivated over the last 20 years.  He began his career at the age of 22 by opening the largest sports bar/night club on the west coast adjacent to the world-famous Santa Anita Race Track in Arcadia, California.  He personally oversaw the design, construction and management of the facility, with 65 employees under his direction.  While running the property, he garnered numerous marketing and promotional contacts and formed relationships with many Los Angeles-based media outlets.

Mr. Thayer honed his promotional skills by then working with KROQ radio in Los Angeles- the number one modern rock music radio station in the nation.  There, he leveraged promotions and coordinated events.  KROQ was the launching pad for many MTV celebrities such as, Carson Daly, Jimmy Kimmel, and Kennedy.  With the advice and recommendations of KROQ executives, He then assumed a senior position as Director of Special Events for 103.5 The Edge in Las Vegas, at the time, the highest rated modern rock radio station in the market.  He negotiated all contracts with artists and venues in Las Vegas for radio station events and acquired sponsorships with major beverage brands and nightclubs.  Mr. Thayer managed all nightlife promotions for the station and facilitated events at a minimum of five nightclubs on rotation weekly.  He also coordinated concepts such as the Jingle Bell Rock, Get-A-Life and produced pre and post concert parties for headline concerts in Las Vegas. 

His endeavors have led him to work with influential entertainment companies including Clear Channel Entertainment, Andrew Hewitt, Bill Silva, Fantsama, House of Blues Concerts and Bill Graham Presents, etc.  During his tenure at 103.5 The Edge, he assisted in the creation and implementation of the well-known and successful “Edge Fest.” 

Thayer later took a position with CBS/Infinity promotions in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for creating and executing major market promotions for CBS/Infinity.  He oversaw the area of Non-Traditional Revenue generation where he created events and secured multi-million dollar sponsorships.  Many of the successful programs were rolled out nationwide to the CBS/Infinity Group and his roster of clients has included Hard Rock Group, Stations Casinos, AT&T Wireless and Lincoln-Mercury.  He was highly successful leveraging brand sponsorships. 

With an offer to return to Las Vegas Mr. Thayer put his expertise to work executing the production and marketing for the 96.3 KKLZ “June Fest,” (Classic Rock outdoor music festival drawing 40,000 annually,) and STAR 102.7 Taste of Las Vegas, (an outdoor music and food festival, held at the Clark County Government Center.)  He was also involved in the openings of national brands such as Game Works, House of Blues, and creating the original Hard Rock Pool Parties.

Thayer then joined the Aladdin Resort & Casino team in July of 2001 to assist in driving traffic to the property.  He was instrumental to the success of the Aladdin by creating entertainment outlets to keep current guests engaged and draw patrons from other properties.  Mr. Thayer created, designed and set up operations for Curve Nightclub and the Living Room Lounge overlooking the Las Vegas strip, one of the first Ultra Lounges in Las Vegas.  He was also responsible for the booking of the headline entertainment in the 7000-seat arena and the Aladdin Showroom. 

In September 2004 Thayer helped to facilitate the transition of the Aladdin Resort & Casino to new owners Planet Hollywood.  At that time he determined that with his substantial knowledge in entertainment, marketing and casino events it was time to offer his services to more than one client.

Mr. Thayer currently based in Singapore and now books headline entertainment, Championship Boxing and cutting edge entertainment based programs. He excels in providing clients entertainment options throughout Asia and Las Vegas and has felt the pulse of the entertainment industry nearly his entire life.

Thomas Kinmartin

imgThomas Kinmartin was born and raised in Fullerton, CA and is the youngest of four siblings. He attended Servite High School, an all boys Catholic high school in Anaheim, CA. After attending junior college to earn his associate degree he went onto Loyola Marymount University and graduated with a bachelors degree in business marketing. During his time in high school and college Thomas was able to foster and grow his real-world experience of customer service by working in both the hospitality and shipping industries. This has greatly contributed to his very high-touch approach he now applies to TEI’s client base.

His career in the entertainment industry began in 2008 as a show runner for TEI at both Brea Summerfest and the Taste of Newport in Newport Beach, CA. In those years Thomas was able to learn firsthand the many aspects involved with live production and what it takes to put together a truly memorable event. Much of that had to do with the showmanship John McEntee, Founder and President of TEI Entertainment, instilled into Thomas’s experience. Two years later Thomas began working full-time on the booking side of the business and has since been co-producing shows with Mr. McEntee. His present duties involve contract negotiation for national talent buying, management of corporate accounts, and production advancement of all events. A few notable headline acts Thomas has co-produced shows for include Jay Leno, Keith Urban, Kelly Clarkson, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Nicks, and Train, to name a few. During his time thus far Thomas has been able to form and develop many relationships through the talent agencies and managers he corresponds with on a regular basis.

Aside from national talent buying for events Thomas has been working very closely with John McEntee on the production and development of Jeff Tracta, a celebrity impersonator John discovered 4 years ago. Aside from day to day duties Thomas has enjoyed traveling around the country working many events on behalf of the company.
